Acceptance / Cancellation / Returns
KTI reserves the right to accept or reject all orders. Cancellations may be subject to a charge equivalent to any expense actually incurred by KTI up to the point at which cancellation occurs. Return of items purchased during the warranty period requires a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from KTI: call KTI at 866-649-2282 to obtain an RMA number; a 20% restocking fee may apply. No returns after 30-days. KTI is not liable for discrepancies not reported within 15-days after receipt of shipment.
